Indigenous Wellbriety (IW) offers spiritual support and resources for Indigenous individuals struggling with substance use and alcohol addiction. Trained Indigenous Peer Recovery coaches use the Wellbriety model for peer recovery. IW provides Wellbriety Talking Circles, peer coaching, street outreach, and community events. They advocate for participants, help access resources, and offer community service opportunities. Collaborating with local organizations, IW aims to support Indigenous communities in southwest Colorado and the Four Corners area. They also partner with the Sih Hasin Street Medicine program for outreach to homeless individuals.
